The Marías' highly anticipated debut album, CINEMA is out. The album was written and produced entirely by Maria Zardoya alongside partner and producer Josh Conway. The duo were joined by their closest friends Jesse Perlman (guitar), Edward James (keys), and Gabe Steiner (trumpet) to complete the project.

Inspiration for the LP came from the band’s favorite filmmakers who capture feelings and showcase them in an intimate way. The title CINEMA, which has the same meaning in both English and Spanish, is a cue to the bilingualism found in the music.

To celebrate the release, The Marías hosted a pop-up at the record store Supervinyl in LA. Exclusive merch, signed vinyls and a meet-and-greet with the band were just some of the things that brought fans out to Hollywood.

We joined in on the celebration as longtime supporters of the band and captured some of our favorite moments!

Found on N Sycamore Ave in Los Angeles, the record store Supervinyl was transformed, showcasing music and merch exclusively from The Marías.

The band made their way down the line covering three blocks, taking selfies with every fan.

Jacob Adam Alvaraz, also known as @marqueemaraudersclub creates a special series of action figures to commemorate the debut LP.
