London-based artist Thomas Headon releases his catchy new single “Nobody Has To Know.” Headon delivers a guitar driven pop track with 2000’s nostalgia.

The 20-year-old singer had been teasing his new song to fans by sharing clips and lyrics before it’s release on social media. Headon has created a dedicated following online with his live sessions and interactions with his supporters, bringing his fans into his world.
Starting off the track boldly with the lyrics, “We’re making out on your sofa,” Headon sets the tone of the song right away. Based on his own experiences, “Nobody Has To Know” was written while Headon was seeing someone with no strings attached. While sometimes those relationships can be messy, he explains, “this one felt really fun and was exactly what the two of us wanted at the time.” The exhilaration of a carefree situation is felt throughout the song. With the return of concerts on his mind, Headon wants the track to be, “a banging tune that was really fun to listen to and play live.”
The video for the track shifts between Headon jamming out in a garage and scenes with his love interest. The pair is seen running through fields, eating ice cream and being flirtatious at a laundromat. The storyline makes us question why all relationships can’t be as simple and fun as a teenage rom-com.
Cheeky songwriting and bright pop sounds intertwine with Headon’s punchy guitar playing on “Nobody Has To Know.” Thomas Headon is an artist on the rise, playing sold-out shows and making music true to himself. We’ll have to agree with the artist and say this is definitely a “banging tune” you need to know.
