Live at Capitol Records with Valley

Sam Plascencia & Wendy Rosales

It’s a big year for Valley! The band was nominated for a JUNO award acknowledging their artistic and technical achievements of music back in Canada. They continue to have a momentous year by releasing their Live At Capitol Studios EP. The full tracklist was flawlessly recorded at the iconic Capitol Records building in Los Angeles.

Memorable songs from the EP such as “Like 1999” and “SOCIETY” encapsulate the full emotion of these tracks when performed live. Valley’s music proves its true and full spirit on stage and this EP manages to showcase this feeling successfully.

The performances at the Capitol Records rooftop were filmed and are to be released briefly throughout the upcoming weeks. Live videos for “Like 1999” and “Oh shit…are we in love?” are out now!

We’re proud of Valley’s recent achievements—as openers for COIN on their North American tour to releasing the Live At Capitol Studios EP. We had the opportunity to check out their live performance at The Wiltern on November 13. As the opener, Valley charged the crowd with their unmatched energy. Check out the full gallery of the show here.
